You can access your online medical records to view your test results or order your prescriptions through SystmOnline or NHS app

If you don’t already have your login details for this system, please visit reception with a form of photographic identification and complete the consent form and they can provide your login details.

If you would like to be able to order medication for someone you care for, please complete a proxy access form and we can add access to order medication to your login
