How Do I Obtain Repeat Prescriptions?
Patient Access
If you are on regular medication you may order a repeat prescription by post, personally at reception or register for a patient on line access. Patients can no longer order prescriptions over the telephone.
Patients can register to use the Patient Access at the Practice. You will be asked to bring proof of identity into the Practice to support your application and to sign up to the Terms and Conditions.
Once you have access you will be able to view your current repeat medication and place an order for any of the items. The staff at the surgery will prepare the prescription for collection within 48 working hours of receipt of the request.
