Appointments

How Do I Make An Appointment?

By telephone or patient access.

Appointments may be made by telephoning 01484 530068 or by calling at the Surgery. You are now able to book appointments online via Patient online access. Please ask reception for further details. ID will be required for this. You will be able to book an appointment in advance when availability permits. If the doctor of your choice is not available you will be offered the earliest possible alternative.

(Practice Nurse appointments will not be made available to book online due to the variation in length of appointment and complexity of cases).

Non-urgent advice: Please Note

The practice will endeavour to see URGENT CASESon the same day however please ring the practice first as patients arriving at the surgery without an appointment will not be guaranteed to be seen immediately.

We are not an emergency service and as such do not have the same facilities as an emergency department.

The patient has the right to express a preference of practitioner.

If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain, sudden breathing difficulties or severe bleeding, call an ambulance (Tel 999) before calling the Surgery.

If you are over 16 years old and we have an up to date mobile number we are able to send you an SMS text message to remind you of your appointment unless you tell us not to do this.
